Evergreen Partners of Raleigh

What we checked

In business since at least 2011: the earliest public record we found (the state charter date or first sales-tax sale, or when their website was registered).

North Carolina requires anyone selling plants to hold a nursery or nursery dealer license from the Department of Agriculture. Nurseries shown as State-licensed hold one we matched by name in the state's list; the list has no phone numbers and many names differ, so ask the others to see theirs.

• Website: Their website loads and is about this kind of work, but doesn't show their name or number.

What it costs

Fees not posted yet. Before they come, ask:

• Is there a trip charge, and is it waived if I hire you?
• Is there an after-hours or weekend fee?
• Do you charge to find the problem?
• What's the least you charge for a visit?
• Will I get a written price before work starts?
