What we checked

Texas nursery floral license NF 861318, active, expires 06/2027.

Matched against the state's own license file, last checked Oct 19, 2026. Texas requires this license to sell plants. It says nothing about plant quality or what's in stock. Look it up yourself (Texas Department of Agriculture)
